PHASE 1 – REDEVELOPMENT
An exciting development took place to completely refurbish and re-model 184 2-bedroom units and 50 3-bedroom units and make them available for sale to new or existing members.
TWO-BEDROOM LUXURY UNITS
This luxurious and exceptionally spacious apartment offers two bedrooms, main (one en-suite) and a twin room. It is fully equipped with all linen, towels and soaps, and is furnished to a very high standard. The complex also boasts an outdoor swimming pool, laundry facilities and two secure underground parking bays.
These units sleep four privately and two in the lounge, making the units six-sleeper chalets. There are 110 ground floor units and 74 upstairs units.
THREE-BEDROOM LUXURY UNITS
These units sleep six privately and two in the lounge, making the units eight-sleeper chalets. There are 50 duplex units.
PHASE 2 – LUXURY UNITS
All 148 luxury units were fully sold out by the end of March 2006 and since then only resale memberships are for sale.
SIVC Membership gives clients access to 148 luxury self-catering units at Sun City which include paraplegic units. All of these are 6 sleeper chalets that are child friendly with 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The unit covers a spacious 125 square metres including a covered patio with a built-in braai. An electronic safe is placed in each unit to secure members’ valuables.
The luxury units at Sun City are the highest ranking 2-bedroom units in South Africa giving the best exchanges via RCI.
